How to Order Tall Vase Flower Arrangements for Hotels in Dubai

When you walk into one of the luxurious and highly rated hotels in Dubai, what do you notice first? If you ask me, I would say it’s the grand flower arrangements right in the middle of the lobby. This kind of installation leaves an impression on whoever walks in. The style, design, and intricacy can tell a lot about the property. It instantly adds elegance and creates a welcoming vibe for the guests.

Ever wonder how these flower arrangements in Dubai hotels are done and ordered? What are the things that need to be considered? If you’re ordering flower arrangements for a hotel, here are a few things to keep in mind.

Check the Area or Space

First things first, one has to identify the area where the flower arrangements will be displayed. The design of the flower arrangements will depend largely on the area. A dramatic and eye-catching flower arrangement is suitable for a lobby to draw the attention of the guests entering the hotel. In hotel restaurants or reception counters, more refined and proportioned flower arrangements are recommended. Knowing the space helps you in making the right next steps.

Don’t Focus Solely on the Height

One would agree that tall or high flower arrangements definitely create a statement instantly, but it should also be taken into consideration that balance is also the key. All in all, the vase, flowers, and the furniture around it should all work harmoniously together to create a beautiful and cohesive flower arrangement.

Select Flowers That Suit the Hotel

Most hotels have their own branding guidelines. This aspect must be considered in choosing the flowers to match the hotel vibe; not only that, but also to align with their aesthetics. Some hotels go with bold-colored flowers or match them as per the current season, or neutral flowers that are perfectly timely all year round.

Consider Maintenance

Remember to think beyond installation day. Simply put, it is very important to select easy flowers to maintain. There should be a maintenance or refreshment schedule for the flowers to keep them in great condition and looking their best in the days until they will be replaced.

Work with a Reliable Flower Shop in Dubai or a Skilled Dubai Florist

Working with flower arrangements for a hotel requires commitment and, at the same time, an experienced florist, one that is knowledgeable, especially when collaborating with luxury hotels. A professional florist with vast experience perfectly knows and can suggest the suitable vases, perfect flower combinations, and the overall presentation.
