They kept me informed throughout the whole process via email and WhatsApp. I'm in the UK and wanted a delivery of flowers to my sister in Dubai... I can not fault this florist. If I could give them ten stars I would. Delivery was free to dubai. The flowers looked and smelled beautiful... Well... That's what my sister told me.
