The remarkable success of the UAE’s efforts in promoting women’s empowerment can be attributed to the visionary founding fathers who recognized its crucial role in shaping a modern and progressive society. Unlike many world leaders who overlook the impact of gender equality on economic growth and social development, the UAE has consistently prioritized closing the gender gap since its establishment as a federation in 1971. It takes exceptional leadership to understand and address the roots of gender inequality, and the UAE has proven itself to be at the forefront of this important issue.

In an era where discussions around empowerment and equality have gained significant momentum globally. The United Arab Emirates is striving to ensure that women are rooted in strength and resilience.
