Due to the perishable nature of fresh flower arrangements, we maintain a strictly no-refund policy once an order is processed or delivered.
What happens if my flowers arrive in poor condition?
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your flowers:

- Orders out for delivery (not yet reached destination): We will attempt to contact the driver to cancel. If canceled at this stage, you will receive 50% unused credit (deducted due to item perishability).
